InstruXβ’ Hydrogen Peroxide Spray Sterilizer β DS1001
A reliable dry-fog sterilization system designed for bio-labs, hospitals, and clean environments. Using ultrasonic atomization, it disperses disinfectants such as hydrogen peroxide and peracetic acid into ultra-fine droplets (β€5 Β΅m) for >5-log microbial reduction. With 2.5 L capacity, four outlets, and coverage up to 150 mΒ³, it provides comprehensive air and surface disinfection. Certified and tested for pathogen control (including E. coli and S. aureus), the DS1001 ensures robust infection prevention in molecular labs and healthcare facilities.
This product disinfects by spreading nano micron liquid globules into areas that needs disinfection. When the average diameter of droplet is below 10ΞΌm, the sprayed-out nano micron liquid globules can be called βdryβ: globules will bounce off walls instead of breaking up and dampening the surface. All conditions come together to ensure that disinfectant are permeated effectively into special area in the form of nano micron globules. This attribute determines that globules can permeate into areas that are usually unreachable.
